For Kinder Garten

1. Original and attested photocopy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate (Original is to be submitted for verification only and shall be returned later).
2. Passport size photograph of

           a) Applicant (student)
           b) Father
           c) Mother
           d) Person who will pickup the child from the school.

For Admission Class 1st onwards -

1. School-leaving certificate from the last recognised school attended
2. Progress Report of the last examination passed.
3. 4 Passport size photograph of applicant
